I am a Data Analyst with a PGDM in Business Analytics and hands-on experience working with data across different business areas. I currently work at Amazon as a Data Analyst in the Product Support team, supporting the MyBenefits (Darwin) platform used by employees across multiple regions. My role focuses on analyzing data and handling system-related issues related to benefits enrollment, payroll processing, and provider reporting.At Amazon, I work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to review issues, investigate root causes, and ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits and payroll data. My responsibilities include supporting payroll period closures, setting up enrollment windows, assisting with provider data integrations, and monitoring system performance to ensure smooth operations. I support stakeholders across 56 countries in APAC, AMET, UK-Europe, and CA-LATAM regions while maintaining high data accuracy and service quality standards.Along with my current role, I have experience across different industries where I developed strong skills in data collection, cleaning, analysis, and reporting. I regularly use tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau to analyze data and present insights in a clear and practical way. My work includes creating dashboards, preparing reports, and supporting teams with data-driven insights.During my experience with PwC Switzerland, I worked on HR data analysis and built Power BI dashboards that highlighted workforce trends, including gender balance insights. At Accenture North America, I analyzed social media content data, assessed data quality, and presented findings through structured reports. My experience at Airmeet Networks Pvt Ltd involved supporting lead generation and business analysis activities that contributed to business outcomes.
