I’m someone who genuinely enjoys turning ambiguity into clarity using numbers, visuals, and a lot of curiosity. Whether it’s automating HR reports, or prototyping a GenAI tool that translates natural language into SQL, I love finding smart, simple answers to messy, complex questions.From the past 3 years at Allianz Technology, I’ve had the opportunity to work across both People Analytics and Information Security teams. I have built insightful reports ensuring data quality, supported in delivering relevant KPIs, standardized data flows across systems, supported ISO-aligned audits and quality checks, and conducted IT risk assessments. Before that, I worked in frontend and backend development roles, giving me full-spectrum experience across the data and tech stack.
