Design and develop advanced metal and PTFE sealing solutions tailored to a wide range of applications—from standard to highly specialized—ensuring performance, reliability, and alignment with customer requirements. Lead the technical aspects of New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, coordinating with commercial, operational, and supply chain teams to support successful product launches. Create and revise CAD models and engineering drawings in accordance with GD\\ & T, ISO standards, internal design guides, and current manufacturing capabilities. Conduct FEA simulations using Abaqus for design validation and perform risk analysis through Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA). Provide vendors and manufacturing teams with specialized tooling designs to support efficient and accurate production processes. Manage product data and lifecycle processes using Teamcenter PLM system, ensuring document control, drawing revisions, and KPI tracking. Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, demonstrating strong organizational and project management skills. Translate customer needs into practical, cost-effective design solutions with a strong emphasis on manufacturability, performance, and compliance. Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DFMA) principles are embedded throughout the design process. Ensure all engineering activities comply with relevant safety standards, industry regulations, and internal best practices. Support continuous improvement initiatives across design and production, contributing to overall product quality and customer satisfaction.
