With over 12 years of experience in quality control and assurance, I bring a strong understanding of industry regulations and technical expertise to L\'Oreal.My primary role is to oversee all aspects of quality control and assurance processes, ensuring all products are made efficiently and safely from start to finish. I take pride in promoting a culture of transparency and accountability, working closely with all departments to create a quality-conscious environment where everyone is encouraged to participate and share their ideas.I place great emphasis on continuous improvement, regularly assessing and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement in production processes. To achieve this, I work with my team and other key stakeholders to create and implement various quality control metrics, procedures, and best practices.
