Set and implement quality control policies. Ensure that the production is cost effective Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed Oversee the production process, ensuring that it runs smoothly and according to schedule Manage the production budget and make sure the company is hitting its target production volumes Work closely with other departments such as procurement, quality control, and human resources Review worker performance and identify training needs Implement and enforce health and safety protocols Ensure that finished products meet quality standards and customer expectations Job Role: Lead a team of Process Engineers and Chemists responsible for Product development,technology absorption from lab scale up to plant scale, Commercialization of product, Plant trouble shooting and CIP activities post commercialization. Complete restructuring of the products done to create more value streams. Proposed 2 new value streams and 8 products can be run independently instead of 6. Out of 8 value streams,5 products are run independently in dedicated streams. 2 or 3 products are only mapped in non-dedicated streams to reduce changeover and line filling losses to improve flexibility & response time. Proposed higher batch sizes and Product capacity improved almost more than 100%. Total CAPEX of Rs.33.86 Cr proposed and got approved. CAPEX proposal with 7 API’s and 2 streams designed to meet the demand of FY-29. Equipment selection done to accommodate 10Xand 20X batch sizes. Total CAPEX of Rs.239 Cr proposed and got approved. From 2018 to 2020 we successfully completed first time right validation of the product. Responsible for investigations of deviations, OOS and OOT during validations and commercial.
