Dhananjay is an auditor/investigator and a member of the White Collar Defense and Investigations practices. Dhananjay’s investigation practice is dynamic and diverse. Currently, he focuses his practice on representing companies and individuals in investigations related to the Information Security Act and other anti-corruption laws, and the Compliance Act. He has advised clients in internal investigations and he counsels clients with respect to compliance issues.In addition to investigation matters, he has worked a variety of fields, including Physical Security, Security Operations, Security Engineering, Network Operations Center, Forensic Science, Software Development, derivative transactions, healthcare, and audit. Dhananjay is deeply involved in investigations, compliance, HIPPA, PCI, ISO 27001, data privacy, and protection.
