Handling the entire US Recruitment cycle, Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing and placing qualified Candidates.• Responsible for Searching, identifying new consultants for current job openings.• Short-listing resumes based on the requirements.• Expert in the use of Job boards like Monster, Dice, Tech fetch and Indeed.• Finding and hiring candidate in Social networks such as LinkedIn, Facebook and twitter.• Working on Direct Client requirements and also with Implementation partners (Tech Mahindra, Accenture, HCL & TCS).• Negotiating rates with vendors to obtain fair market price for each position.• Good Experience working on US tax terms( C2C,W2,1099)• Pre-Screening of potential Candidate in terms of qualification, work experience, previous references.• Maintaining the database of all the Consultants and Employers.• Prepare resume for presentation to clients.• Scheduling and coordinating interview for the short-listed candidates.• Verifying the Visa copies of the consultants like I-797, GC, OPT, CPT & EAD’s• Trained and assisted new joiners in the process.• Scheduling the interviews for the shortlisted candidates and updating the proper feedback to the consultants• Leading group review meeting and coordinate with team manager
