Worked with proven data by Samsara & Go Motive though mitigated the risk such as Hours of service violation, Log Violation.(Mitigated 8% to 10%/ Month in Risk operations) Review & Providing warning letters for drivers those got tickets such as Bad Inspection by Ministry of transportation (CANADA & USA) Preparing monthly report on CVOR & SMS and other telematics report such as speeding, mobile usage, Inattentive driving, Harsh turn, Harsh brake.(Focused & Reduced no of consecutive violation/Driver) Closely worked with collision by drivers and conduct online training to drivers to avoid future collisions.(Unsafe driving reduced by 60%) Monitoring dashcam for high-risk drivers and advise to align with safety procedures to mitigate the risk. Document Indexing for all the trucks and drivers using Fleet manager Transplus for data maintenance.
