   Played a pivotal role in the design and architecture of CHAT BOT/Apple Business Chat projects on CitiBank online/ Citi Mobile and Citi Retail Partners applications. • Played a crucial role in initiating and leading the Mobile Legacy to Cloud Migration project, resulting in multimillion-dollar infrastructure savings annually. • Contributed to key initiatives including the establishment of a Digital Scrum Agile setup, conversion of CitiMobile to native applications, adoption of Citi Web Angular technology, the Costco conversion project, implementation of KYC flows in both CitiMobile and web applications, adoption of Micro Front End architecture, daytime deployment, and migration to OpenShift. • Successfully enabled Agent-based Messaging in CitiMobile iOS application and expanded the Chat & Cobrowser feature across all screens in CitiBank Mobile and Web apps. • Redesigned the Search experience on the Citi Bank online and Citi Mobile applications to enhance user satisfaction. • Led a Proof of Concept (POC) project to design and build a technology stack on Amazon Web Services (AWS) to support FICO microservices. • Led the iOS Native conversion and integration with COSTCO on CitiMobile iOS platform, as well as the implementation of Akamai on CitiMobile apps. • Collaborated with Google and Live Person to launch Google Rich Business Messaging, which was demonstrated at the Mobile World Congress in Los Angeles. The entire integration process, from engagement to rollout, was completed within a remarkable 7 weeks.
