Dr Perera is a public health professional with twenty years\' experience and fifteen years\' experience in public health and health management in a multitude of countries across Asia, Africa, and Europe. His passion lies in the provision of modern contraceptive and safe abortion services to all who need them, and he specializes in quality assurance of reproductive healthcare at scale. Currently Dr. Perera leads the global team that ensures clinical service quality and clinical governance across all Marie Stopes International programmes.
