I’m a leadership coach, equity strategist, trainer and facilitator with a heart for helping people and organizations grow in ways that are both impactful and inclusive. With over 15 years of experience across healthcare, nonprofits, corporate, and education spaces, I’ve spent my career building cultures where equity is woven into everyday leadership, strategy, and team dynamics.A core part of my approach centers on communication—helping leaders build the skills to communicate with clarity, empathy, and authenticity. I believe strong leadership is rooted in self-awareness and ongoing reflection, and I work with individuals and teams to strengthen their ability to lead with purpose, listen deeply, and foster trust across differences.My journey has included leading health equity initiatives focused on Black women and breast cancer, advising senior leaders on inclusive practices, and supporting boards and teams in working more collaboratively and strategically. Whether it\'s facilitating dialogue, or coaching leaders through transitions, or designing strategies of inclusion and belonging, I’m most energized when I’m helping people connect their values to their actions.Today, I continue this work as a credentialed leadership coach (ICF-ACC) and PhD student in Education—always learning, always listening, and always working to help leaders lead with more clarity, confidence, and heart.
