I am a B.Pharm final-year student (Semester 7) at Ramanbhai College of Pharmacy, CHARUSAT University, with a strong interest in building a career in management and leadership roles within the pharmaceutical industry.Over the past year, I have gained diverse experiences that combine technical pharma exposure and real-world business operations: • Internships at Lupin and Baroque Pharma – learning about manufacturing processes, compliance, and quality standards. • Entrepreneurial Experience – actively managing our family-owned ice factories (Jan 2024 – Present), handling production, supply chain, quality assurance, vendor relations, and workforce management. • Innovation Grant Recipient (Haemobar Project) – developing a nutrition-based solution, reflecting my interest in pharma innovation and product development.These experiences have helped me develop a strong foundation in: Operations & Supply Chain Management Quality Assurance & Process Optimization Leadership, Decision-Making & Business Strategy Balancing Technical Expertise with Entrepreneurial MindsetAs I complete my degree, I am eager to transition into management trainee and leadership development roles in leading pharmaceutical companies, where I can combine my pharma knowledge with my entrepreneurial and operational skills to drive growth and innovation.
