These projects touch on a variety of financial and operational issues, including organizational structure, revenue cycle, pharmacy supply chain, financial analysis, medical education, 340B drug pricing, Medicare reimbursement, hospital mergers & acquisitions, uncompensated care, rural health clinics, accounting and other regulatory related issues. I have worked directly with C-Suite and executive level leadership of some of the largest hospital systems in the country. I also have led multiple internal firm initiatives to both grow existing business at important clients, as well as develop new service offerings in untapped markets. I have developed multiple products from start to finish, led teams from the partner level down, developed models using large data sets to identify and quantify opportunities in the market, and sold to multiple potential clients around the country. Growing the practice and expanding my teams\' capabilities are the most exciting parts of my job. Besides technical capabilities, I am a team-player, great communicator and hard worker. I enjoy learning from experience, always going above and beyond expectations and doing whatever it takes to make sure the best possible solution is delivered to my clients. I also invest heavily in the success of my team members and focus on the professional development and progression of my staff throughout my engagements.
