Enterprise Architect @Genesys

As a member of the Presales Solution Architect team, I am a strategic overlay resource with a mandate to drive sales of Genesys Cloud CX. I am laser-focused on delivering world-class customer experiences, both for my customers in a presales capacity, but also for my customer\'s customers who are the beneficiaries of Genesys technology. I am tasked with finding creative solutions for our customers\' most complex and challenging pain points, designing complex architectures, creating and delivering personalized presentations and product demonstrations, prototyping custom solutions and integrations leveraging platform APIs, conducting trials & proofs of concept, providing product training, and general field enablement. Key accomplishments: • Primary technical contributor to FY2023 strategic deals with a combined annual contract value representing approximately 11% of the total North America cloud revenue target at Genesys. • Awarded Global Solution Architect of the year in FY2023. • Primary technical contributor to FY2022 strategic deals with a combined annual contract value representing approximately 12% of the total North America cloud revenue target at Genesys. • Primary technical contributor to FY2021 strategic deals with a combined annual contract value representing approximately 11% of the total North America cloud revenue target at Genesys, achieving 120% of quota.
