With over 15 years of experience in bioconjugation, organic chemistry, and surface chemistry, I lead a consulting team at Biocovalent.My mission is to develop innovative organic chemistry solutions for the diagnostic and life science industry, and to advance the field of bioconjugation.I have a proven track record of leading chemistry efforts in various projects, such as next generation DNA sequencing, antibody-drug conjugation, biosensor and fluorescent dye design and synthesis, nanoparticle surface bioconjugation, and semiconductor sequencing technology development. I have also contributed to multiple patents, publications, and intellectual property searches in these areas. In addition, I have successfully managed vendors and collaborators, participated in venture investments due diligence, and established and led chemistry departments in start-up companies. I am always eager to learn new skills, explore new challenges, and collaborate with other experts in the field.
