Hello! Thanks for stopping by! My name is Daniel, I\'m a first-gen college graduate. Before business school, I spent several years in real estate asset management, overseeing a $500M affordable housing portfolio while working closely with development teams, investors, and state agencies. I loved the strategic side of the work and identifying ways to drive performance, create value, and impact real lives. However, I realized I wanted to move beyond that and into roles where I could help shape bigger business decisions. That’s what led me to pursue my MBA. I chose to go to USC Marshall because it offered the perfect combination of a strong network, a deep connection to entrepreneurship and tech, and a collaborative, high-performance culture. It gave me the platform to sharpen my skills in operations, relationship management, and cross-functional leadership, while stepping fully into new industries I’m passionate about. During my MBA, I have gravitated towards technology and startups, a space where innovation, business building, and real-world impact intersect. During the summer, I worked at Alter, an AI-driven tech company founded by legendary entrepreneurs Scott Cohen and Blake Johnson. I helped lead customer insight projects and operational initiatives, reinforcing my passion for building and scaling mission-driven businesses. Now, I’m excited to continue growing my career in tech while focusing on business development, strategic partnerships, or GTM strategy roles—applying my experience leading teams and initiatives to companies that are reshaping how people interact with services, products, and opportunities.
