ABOUT DAVID GOLDSHORE

I am the President of RightClick Professional Services, a Technology Solutions Firm. It is my job to instill our culture every day. I define realistic goals for our firm and share those to help us succeed at the highest level our talents will allow. I work daily to build, develop, grow, and maintain meaningful relationships with each employee at our firm, because if I don’t have their heart first, and then their head, they will never fully believe and buy in. I inspire, influence, and encourage daily. I create hope and optimism about our company and where our organization is headed. Most importantly, I will demand excellence from myself so that I can model and lead in a direction that will make others successful now and in the future. I measure success by the relationships I have with my employees five years after they move on.I am a High School Basketball Coach. It is my job to instill our culture every day.
