I am a CPA/CFF/CGMA qualified Turnaround Consultant/Forensic Accountant with a progressive career that started in the In addition to being an expert at enhancing financial capability and performance through restructuring, and transforming financial operations, I act as an Interim CFO where needed, serve as an accounting expert witness in civil and criminal matters, or provide best-in-class litigation support services. Over the course of my career, I have been recognized for my success and experience in providing high-level financial support to strategy formulation and leading major transformation projects including financial restructuring, business turnaround, raising equity, M&A, and due diligence. For example, with a rapidly expanding Costco vendor which lacked financial controls, and had violated its loan covenants, I functioned as a turnaround specialist/in-house VP of Finance; stabilizing the company’s performance, regaining the trust of bank relationships, resulting in an increased loan to support the sales growth globally. I have successfully provided specialist forensic accounting services and acted as an Expert Witness in cases of fraud and embezzlement. I have led change management projects including process reengineering, departmental restructuring, restructuring of reporting, business start-up, IT systems implementation, and financial/commercial strategy development.
