ABOUT DIVYA GUPTA

Hello! I’m a passionate Computational Cognitive Science, Psychology & Statistics student at the University of Toronto, with a strong focus on UI/UX research, ethical AI development, and human-centered design. I’m eager to collaborate, learn, and contribute to projects that align with my ethos: designing accessible programming, advocating for marginalized communities, and creating human-centered solutions. With hands-on experience in UX research, data analytics, and AI-driven software development, I’ve worked on projects that bridge the gap between technology and human needs. From developing AI-based mental health tools to optimizing healthtech platforms for better user engagement, I’m dedicated to leveraging ethical AI and UX principles to create impactful, user-friendly designs. Beyond technical skills, I’m a community builder and advocate for diversity in STEM & Finance. I’m passionate about empowering underrepresented groups, fostering collaboration, and building communities that drive innovation. Further, I thrive in developing programming to support marginalized groups, supporting life transitions, and building community. I’m currently seeking entry-level and internship roles for 2025 in psychological research, student life, community care & partnership acquisitions.
