ABOUT DENISE E. FRANCISMONTAÑO

Denise (they, them, theirs, she, her, hers) is a higher education and employment services professional with over 15 years of experience providing culture, gender, trauma, and person-centered direct service and support to students, professionals, and communities. Human kindness and enthusiasm are notable whether engaging one or hundreds in presentations, training workshops, classrooms, recruiting | outreach, advising, coaching, and mentoring. Denise draws from an extensive background of communicating across a wide array of individual differences/ cultures and settings including Higher Education, Indian Health | Veterans Health, Employment and Criminal Justice Services. She has lived and worked in 6 states across the USA, France, and Mexico. Denise has proven leadership abilities in higher education and communities. As a trauma, and learning styles-informed educator/ practitioner, she is highly effective with a wide variety of people in both employment and higher education. Her experiences include providing workshops as a consultant as well as at local, international, and national conferences. Denise finds joy in seeking possibilities in both people and situations. Her goal is to facilitate equitable access through collaboration, cooperation, informed choice, and advocacy toward each individual\'s achievement of his/her/their educational and employment goals.(see attached CV.)
