Enabled SQL queries to retrieve data to compare what was sent to the application with what was written into the database tables. Wrote a comparison function to identify which fields of data had mismatches in input and output values, allowing for quick analysis of the results.• Served as a Technical Team Lead at Verizon, directing four staff in using WinRunner 7.0, TestDirector 7.6, and MS Access to test Verizon’s COFEE telephone ordering and billing application, written in Visual Basic with ActiveX controls, to uncover defects and regression test existing functionality. • Used TestDirector to create and execute manual tests at PepsiCo to system test reporting functions and data integrity of a complex, multi-platform system, consisting of DB2 databases on HPUX servers, that communicated with handheld devices running an application using Sybase and QAnywhere communication software.
