Software Architect with over 15 years of experience.I created a framework for both back-end processes (data access, workflows, messaging) as well as the front-end and the goo that brings those two together. This framework has been used to power numerous production applications used internally and, more significantly, with customer facing applications. I am a strong believer in the power of teams, that good teams can achieve much more than the sum of their parts. I have always been very good at bridging multiple teams and departments for the greater good. I do not approach my work as a 9-5 job, or Mortgage Driven Development. I want to be passionate about my work and where I am performing it. I believe that a drive for continual personal improvement is vital for continued success in this field. I am always looking into new technologies with an eye for how they may be implemented to improve the business (I do not believe in ‘new’ for newness sake). I am a great abstract thinker, and am able to break down issues into the important parts that need appropriate attention. I am not the typical, run of the mill developer. I care about the end users, whether they are other developers or customers – usability is paramount to long term success of a product.    Current work is on a team of teams. The larger project has implemented a Micro Front End model via Module Federation. I played an instrumental role in getting this architecture setup and implemented in each team\'s application. Created and maintain a suite of \"custom\" components based on the Vuetify component library in an effort to make it easier for teams of developers can quickly leverage often used Vuetify and pure Vue components in a consistent manner both in visual design and developer experience.Work with an existing team of novice and senior developers to bring to market a new application allowing members to analyze money spent within the pharmacy to identify areas for action or potential savings.My specific team has been responsible for creating multiple applications that plug into the larger framework. Some of these applications, upon completion, have been transitioned to other teams for maintenance as we move to create new applications/features within the larger framework.
