About Darren Farrington
Over twenty years’ experience as a theater professional. Seven years’ experience as a legal writer and advocate. In August 2020, I became Executive Director of the Dorothy and Charles Mosesian Center for the Arts in Watertown, Massachusetts. For ten years prior, I served as Executive Director (and, for a time, Artistic Director) of No Boundaries Youth Theater, which I co-founded in 2010. Located in Central Connecticut, that company was named the state\'s Best Children\'s Theater by Connecticut Magazine in 2017. For three years, I was also Administrator for the Connecticut Arts Alliance, and in that position served as State Arts Advocacy Captain, working with Americans for the Arts. My career theater experience and education includes both non-profit and commercial venues on Broadway, Off Broadway, and in regional, community, and children\'s theaters. I contract, as available, for additional engagements and consultations locally, long-distance, or remotely. I retired in good standing from the New York and Connecticut bars, but am a licensed attorney who worked in business litigation, entertainment law, commercial bankruptcy, and appeals from 1997 to 2004.
