I have taken on increasing amounts of responsibility, projects and have become a respected leader in the region and company.Took over a district that included 3 states, immediately began recruiting, hiring and training our staff, opened up (at the time 24 offices) full staffed. Took the district to the top 10 our of 65 districts in the first year and the following 2 seasons.Quickly identified and promoted great talent into key positions for leadership, instructors and support staff.With the right people in the right place we focused on brand loyalty, client retention and client satisfaction. These KPIs that we focused on paid dividends very quickly by increasing Market share and overall profitability with reduced expenses such as turnover of staff, allowing us to back fill only as needed.I continued to refine our team and I developed an Assistant District Manager to be promoted to DM, currently in the top 15 of the company. I have since hire a second ADM who quickly rose to the top and is the leader of the Regional ADMs support team.
