My work is shaped by connected, professional and personal lived experience and over a decade of practice in mental health, recovery and inclusive wellbeing. I’m a self-employed, award-winning mental health practitioner, facilitator and consultant supporting people and organisations through recovery-focused, inclusive and nature-based practice.I work across public, private and VCSE-sector settings, delivering mental health support, consultancy, training, facilitation and coaching. My approach is deeply relational and grounded in psychological safety, meaningful participation and real-world impact - supporting both individual recovery and systemic change.Areas of practice include: Mental health support & recovery-focused care Therapeutic, nature-based mental health practice Environmental recovery Consultancy, training & facilitation Coaching & reflective practice Meaningful participation & co-production (voice, influence & lived experience) Relational dynamics & culture change Writing & creative engagement As a neurodivergent practitioner and mental health advocate in long-term recovery, I integrate lived experience expertise with professional practice. This informs my commitment to authentic co-production, inclusion and accessible wellbeing support across diverse communities. I’m known for a warm, compassionate and grounded approach, particularly in complex or sensitive work. I specialise in building trust, supporting emotional resilience, and enabling people to reconnect with themselves, others and the natural world. Alongside contract and consultancy work, I founded Relax Rewild, a nature-based mental wellbeing service offering therapeutic programmes that support recovery, restoration and reconnection with nature. the heart of my work is a belief in human potential, creativity and collaboration. I’m motivated by work that builds community, strengthens relationships and contributes to meaningful social and environmental change.
