ABOUT DEZMOND CHATMAN

As a Bay Area native with a passion for sports and a background in sport management, I am proud to play a role in growing the game of basketball. Specifically, I am excited to be working with Warriors Basketball Academy, where I can help to elevate the visibility and impact of youth basketball at both the local and national levels. At its core, sport management is about building strong relationships and collaborating with others to achieve shared goals. Whether I\'m working with athletes, coaches, sponsors, or fans, I always strive to create a culture of respect, trust, and teamwork. This approach has helped me to build lasting relationships and achieve measurable results. During my professional journey I have developed a deep appreciation for the power of sports to unite communities and create positive change. In particular, I am committed to advancing the cause of women\'s sports and empowering young athletes to pursue their athletic dreams. As a member of the WBA team, I have been able to contribute to the organization\'s efforts to expand its fan base and reach new audiences. This has included developing new programs, building relationships with community organizations, and working closely with colleagues to enhance development on and off the court.
