Hi, I’m Dez Merrow—your dedicated CARR agent serving Northeast Florida, specializing in real estate solutions for dental, veterinary, and medical practices across all healthcare verticals.With 33 years rooted in the healthcare community, my background spans clinical, administrative, sales, and tech. I began with 14 years working in dental practices, followed by 7 years at Patterson Dental where I helped practices transition from film and paper to digital systems. I then spent another 7 years with a healthcare-focused tech company, designing networks and driving adoption of advanced technologies like cone beam imaging, CAD/CAM, and cloud computing.What truly sets me apart is my deep, lasting relationships.
