ABOUT DEZ GRANVILLE SCOTT
I am a public and third sector manager with many years\' experience in operations, event management, as well as in fundraising, marketing and comms. In my current role, I look after the business of local government with particular reference to the Environment portfolio. In previous roles, I have managed high performing teams raising significant awareness of topics as diverse as flexible working, disadvantaged children and ovarian cancer, as well as significant funds. The awareness campaign I ran for Working Families was the most successful ever for the charity, reaching millions of consumers, and forging lasting partnerships with key stakeholders. My key strengths are in organisational leadership and management, troubleshooting, communication and managing projects both large and small.I am also an event organiser, author and contributor, and quiz writer and presenter.
