   Since moving into roles focused on compensation and HR analytics, I have- Served as a key subject matter expert (SME) on the re-vamp and implementation of DAI\'s global job architecture. Providing guidance on job levels, job family, and other classifications (i.e. FLSA, EEO) required for reporting and analysis- Revised and/or developed base pay compensation structures for the United States and other countries aligned with the job architecture- Supported the revision and implementation of the core annual bonus program- Developed and supported implementation of spot bonus programs- Supported the implementation of equity compensation programs (RSUs, Stock Awards). Responsible for day-to-day administration in coordination with DAI\'s Director of Employee Ownership and Payroll teams, and external equity platform (Morgan Stanley Shareworks)- Supported the development and implementation of a Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation (NQDC) plan. Responsible for day-to-day administration in coordination with DAI\'s Director of Employee Ownership and Payroll teams, and external recordkeeper- Managed DAI\'s global annual and mid-year compensation review cycles (included merit, equity, and non-competitive promotions) for corporate office employees (approx. employees). Transitioning process from an excel file-based process to one managed through a web-based platform (Complogix) that streamlined the process for submitting, reviewing and finalizing comp changes- Served as a POC on compensation survey submissions- Developed in-house reporting and analytics tools for compensation to ensure that compensation decisions are fair, equitable, competitive and aligned with DAI\'s compensation philosophy- Served as a compensation and analytics SME on internal system and process improvement initiatives.
