About Yash Rai

As a Corporate Operations Engineer at Google, I develop resilience to IT troubles for Googlers by implementing knowledge gained over the years. I troubleshoot Google’s fleet of devices running all the mainstream operating systems such as ChromeOS, MacOS, Linux, Windows, Android and iOS. I also leverage my expertise in Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and Markdown to enhance the efficiency and usability of Google\'s products and services.I graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2020. During my studies, I obtained multiple certifications in Siemens NX Designer, and Autonomous and Wireless Robotics. I also gained valuable experience in customer service, technical support, and brand development at Amazon, Dell Technologies, and Decathlon, respectively. I am a philomath and a technology enthusiast with a perpetual learning charisma, driven by curiosity towards exploration of opportunities with interest in engineering domain, science and technology. My goal is to contribute to the advancement and innovation of the society by working in a psychological safe environment.
