Position Objectives: • Lead the WCPG finance and accounting teams in achieving their goals • Attract and retain key finance and accounting personnel • Assist the CEO and COO to establish the strategic direction and significant goals of WCPG • Grow shareholder value Position Description: • Prepare bank financing proposals • Prepare land acquisitions analyses • Review, critique, and capture project budgets at key checkpoints • Prepare project profitability reports and analyses • Manage the monthly construction loan draw process • Conduct weekly meetings on cash flow forecast, income tax plan, financial statements, and process improvements • Manage biweekly payroll • Review and approve financial statements, tax returns, and working papers • Design and implement internal controls including executive signoff; ensure compliance with them • Ensure compliance with: Tax Filings, Lender Reporting, and Statutory Reporting • Manage any CRA audits, investigations, disputes, and legal cases
