   Our lean initiative is committed to enhancing operational efficiency, reducing worker burden, and fostering forward thinking practices to deliver exceptional value in every construction project.Utilizing Lean tools inspired by TPS, we have been able to implement small workshops on site to demonstrate the greater implications of spotting and identifying the 8 wastes, utilizing visual management tools, and implementing 5S practices on site as well as at our Fabrication shop.In efforts to identify bottlenecks, I have hosted Kaizen events with various departments, utilizing Flowcharts to visually represent our fabrication and delivery process from the POV of Programmers, engineers, shop management and field super intendants in order to pinpoint hidden inefficiencies and perform root cause analysis to create action plans and implement SOPs that minimize error.
