I received an offer for this role due to the dissolution of my previous employer, Business Lending Group, which Verve was a part owner of. In my role at Verve, I will be doing similar work to my previous position with the addition of a few others. I will still perform valuations on a number of different commercial and residential properties. I operate within the commercial loan department at Verve. I will handle all bidding and ordering of appraisals, as well as aid in the review and approval process. I will also continue to provide evaluations as an additional tool in verifying the value of certain properties.
