ABOUT CHAD DEWILD

With over 15 years of work experience in the construction industry, I am a skilled and reliable project manager who can deliver quality results on time and within budget. Currently, I work as a project manager at Bay to Bay Properties, LLC, where I oversee all aspects of residential and commercial construction projects, from planning and design to procurement and execution. I manage multiple subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle. I also leverage my customer service and logistics skills to provide exceptional service to our clients, resolve any issues or complaints, and optimize the delivery and distribution of materials and equipment. Previously, I worked as a project manager and a logistics supervisor at Liberty, a leading construction services company, where I contributed to several large-scale projects in various sectors, such as healthcare, education, and hospitality. I am passionate about creating safe, sustainable, and functional spaces that meet the needs and expectations of our customers and communities.
