ABOUT DEWEY NGUYEN
I am a real estate finance attorney whose practice focuses primarily on multifamily commercial real estate financing. I represent publicly traded and privately held lenders nationwide in the origination, sale, and servicing of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac multifamily program loans. I counsel clients on numerous transactional and regulatory issues, including delegations, agency guideline interpretations, land use restrictive covenant agreements, and complex ownership structures. I also actively serve on Freddie Mac\'s SBL Legal Advisory Council. I grew up in Rock Hill, South Carolina. After undergrad and law school, I practiced law in Columbia, SC and Richmond, VA before finally settling near Washington DC. Outside of work, I enjoy jogging with my goldendoodle and trying out different kinds of ethnic cuisine in the DMV metro area.
