Supports Chief, ACM EW by coordinating scheduling with other O-6 level counterparts and senior SES and General Officers Daily requirements include corresponding with external customers, setting up meetings at the required classification level to ensure mission objectives are met Manages Sharepoint site for organization.that allows maximized sharing of information across three branches and Headquarters Coordinates efforts with higher headquarters to make sure that CCoE Commanding Generals vision is maintained at division levels Served as key point person for migration from a major IT change from Enterprise Email to Army 365. Provided in depth guidance to 30+ employees to make the shift as seamless as possible Tracks required training for 30+ employees and reports to higher headquarters. Ensures organization maintains readiness and compliance with Army regulations. Manages, schedules and builds meetings for three branches of ACM EW. Mediums include TEAMs, Secret level VTC’s and JWICS level TS- VTC’s Insured resources are available to stay mission responsive. Full understanding of the JCID process. Coordinated efforts for Program of Record for two programs that have been approved up through the AROC. Scheduled pre briefs at 3 and 4 star flag level.
