It was my goal to gain powerful insight into educating, recruiting, and inspiring people through this program. In addition, I have a Bachelor\'s and Master\'s degree in Archaeology and have experience conducting comprehensive archaeological surveys which improve my skills in project management. I would like to work in an educational institution in my next career endeavor. Currently, I am enrolled in Ph.D. program in Higher Education Administration at the University of Dayton.
