I have been in the IT Vendor Management & Sourcing space for over 14 years now. I was part of the original 3-man Vendor Management team when it was first created at Kohl\'s. After initially focusing on and creating a contingent labor program that was so successful it ended up being used in various departments outside IT, the team has since grown much larger and expanded its scope to many other aspects of IT Vendor Management, including: hardware, software, and SaaS negotiations, audits, and asset management.My team & I currently focus most on contract negotiations (most of all SaaS/software), process definition/improvement, contract management, and asset management (specifically entitlement management).I do not manage contingent labor for Kohl\'s at this time.
