I am a Human Resources professional with a passion for optimizing processes, driving innovation, and fostering effective communication and collaboration. I have experience designing and implementing HR processes/systems that align with departmental and organizational goals. I love my job, I love considering better ways to do things, and I love challenging myself and others to consider something new. I consider myself a naturally ambitious and motivated self-starter who starts with \"but what if?\" before tackling any challenge or project. My previous work with The Navigators has trained me to mentor those who want to challenge themselves in the field. I will forever use the skills and experiences working with and developing college students in the work that I do. I enjoy asking questions that I think others are thinking, but always choosing to be curious and unassuming in the process. I thrive in an environment that gives feedback and promotes leadership at all levels. I work by the motto,\"always be training your replacement\" and aim to always have someone who is capable of doing my work with their own strengths and priorities.
