Employee health benefits management (policy renewals, plan administration, disability claim management, group retirement savings plan administration, etc.);• Support and drive the implementation of local HR projects, systems and procedures as needed;• Develop and promote management of cyclical HR focal areas like Performance Management, Talent Management, Career Development, and Compensation & Benefits projects;• Assess and anticipate HR related needs, communicate needs proactively to management;• Provide day-to-day support and advice, guidance, and recommendations to the local managers and the local management team on all operational and strategic HR issues;• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, improve organizational culture, and increase retention;• Building a strong network across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization;• Maintain standard recruitment process and active recruitment activities;• Ensure full compliance with local law and, where needed, international labour law legislation.
