Worked on Saudi Aramco (SA) APA Project (20••••24)-• Data analysis for rotary equipment’s like all type of pumps, compressors, expanders, turbine, fan, generator etc.• Thermodynamic model development of rotating equipment’s like centrifugal pumps, centrifugal compressors, IG compressors, expanders, steam turbine & gas turbine in APS software. Evaluating it with OEM conditions and analysed the plant data with APS data. • Integrate the APS model with AVEVA PI System Asset Framework interface online. Integrate tag collection data manager. Conclude on asset performance, its function, efficiency, and degradation. Prepare report of it.• Test APS model results with plant data using AVEVA PI AF. Use Real Time System (RTS) for KPI backfilling.• Responsible for quality check of assets configured by other engineers.• Support R&D team for APS related concerns.• Worked on document preparation, user manual, IBP & modelling standard guidelines etc.
