I am currently pursuing a Diploma in Plastic Technology at the Central Institute of Petrochemical Engineering and Technology (CIPET), where I have maintained a high academic standard with an 88.69% aggregate. My goal is to leverage my technical training and passion for polymer science to drive innovation in the manufacturing sector. Technical Expertise:Processing: Proficient in the basic operations of Injection, Rotational, Compression, and Extrusion Process, Compounding etc.Testing: Knowledgeable in performing plastic testing, including MFI, Density, Mechanical tests(tensile,flexural and compression), Thermal tests ( like HDT, VST) etcQuality & Maintenance: Familiar with Mould Manufacturing, maintenance, 5S, the Japanese Kaizen (PDCA) cycle for continuous improvement.Six sigma DMAIC approach,SOPs. Leadership & Experience:I enjoy taking on challenges outside the classroom. I recently served as a volunteer for the International Conference of Advance Polymeric Material and successfully managed a two-day training program at CIPET IPT Lucknow. I also had the privilege of organizing our Cultural Fest 2024, which sharpened my skills in time management and team leadership. I am eager to connect with professionals in the polymer and manufacturing industries to explore internships and career opportunities.
