I’m an all-round software developer with over 20 years experience working on various platforms. I’m primarily a backend dev, but I also do frontend. I have a mobile app development side business. I have both early stage startup and large company experience. I believe in developing robust software that “just works” and isn’t overly burdened with dependencies and configuration.I tend to be involved in projects end-to-end; from initial conception to ongoing support.Specialties: Software architecture and development on both the backend and frontend. Data is gathered from GPS positions. A travel path is plotted on the screen (using Open GL ES and MapKit). Closed regions are automatically discerned and areas and lengths calculated.
