Key responsibilities include:Structural Coordination: Collaborate closely with structural consultants to finalize the structural scheme, ensuring alignment with the overall management vision and project goals. Also involve in IIT approval.Tender Support & Quantity Tracking: Actively participate in the tendering process for concrete, reinforcement, shuttering, and related works. Maintain a continuous track of quantities throughout the project lifecycle and promptly report any deviations or variations to management.Interdisciplinary Coordination: Facilitate effective coordination between architecture, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure timely delivery of drawings and smooth project execution.Site Issue Resolution: Address and resolve day-to-day site issues in coordination with consultants when necessary.
