About Devoria Branch

At ECS, I apply my cybersecurity expertise and security clearance to provide specialized research and solutions for the United States Postal Service (USPS), a major client of ECS Federal. I hold a master\'s degree in computer information systems with a focus on cybersecurity from Strayer University, and have honed my skills in cybercrime discovery, identity theft, and credit card fraud prevention. As a Business System Analyst, I have exposed fraudulent activity for monetary gain and identity theft by using analytics, Oracle, and CLI tools, and provided action plans to detect further fraudulent activity. I have also assisted external customers with reporting, tracking, and resolving fraudulent account activity in a centralized application. I have worked with cross-functional teams to assist in apprehension detection, train Postal Inspectors to find fraudulent activity, and guide customers to best practices to protect their identity. I have technical acumen in eSafe, Service Now, Remedy, Right Now Tool, and C360, and the ability to communicate issues and resolutions clearly through data analysis to senior leadership and clients. I am passionate about opportunities where I can work with highly motivated people to solve cybersecurity issues, detect fraudulent activity, and establish processes to prevent similar cybercrimes from reoccurring for my clients. I enjoy connecting with new people, please contact me at d••••••••@yahoo.com or here on LinkedIn.
