I graduated with a BA in History looking to go to Law or Business school. I was promoted at Nu Skin Enterprises to a Business Analyst, involved in product and project management, reviewing and renewing older processes, creating and maintaining new ones. I really enjoyed the technology track and had a knack for process improvement. I have over 15 years experience as a Business/Functional Analyst with SAP and Ecommerce tools.I currently a Business Integration manager working with various development teams and Product Owners while managing a small team that helps bridge the gap between business needs/support/requests and technology solutions. Working towards the solutions that are quick utilizing existing tools and enhancing/creating where needed.

Managing a small team of Business/Functional Analysts and Technology Specialists, focusing on web and ecommerce systems. Supporting scrum teams, business, and end user support.In March of 2023 I additionally took on the role of Engineering Manager by taking on 2 internal web development teams as well as manaqing 2 external consultant teams- coordinating with multiple Product Owners to ensure backlog was groomed appropriately and issues and requests were properly understood. Working with teams to ensure acceptance criteria was understood before committing to work and removing barriers so the teams could deliver- Coordinated multiple simultaneous projects across various teams, markets, and systems.
