About Chris Devore
Founder/operator turned VC @ Founders\' Co-op (currently investing out of our 6th fund). Before that I: created Patagonia\'s e-commerce business (in the mid-90s); dropped out of Stanford GSB to build an enterprise software services business (and sold it to a public acquirer in \'99): co-founded (and failed at) a VC-backed local/social search business (early Created Founder\'s Co-op, a \"stage zero\" VC fund focused on the talent-rich / capital-starved Pacific Northwest (in the depths of the Global Financial Crisis). As a side project, built and ran the Techstars franchise on the west coast for a decade. As a VC, led the seed round for Remitly (NASDAQ:RELY), Outreach ($4B), Ally ($600M cash exit to MSFT), early investor in Auth0 ($6.5B exit to Okta), many additional $B+ private companies. Still at it.
