Director of Training @Crisis24

As Director of Training at Crisis24, I am responsible for the development and implementation of comprehensive education and training programs for our 1,400+ Agents. This includes managing 3rd party vendor relationships, cultivating advanced training opportunities with industry experts, and designing new curriculums to address emerging threats. I successfully oversaw the proof-of-concept project for GardaWorld-wide new Learning Management System, Crisis24 Academy (Absorb), and foster thought leadership and collaboration on improved and emerging practice areas. Additionally, I oversee the Licensing and Logistics Departments, ensuring state compliance and efficient management of equipment inventories and budgets. I led the drafting, reviewing, and implementation of Crisis24’s 70-page Operational Guidelines & Policies document, which includes the companies Use of Force Policy and Firearm Policy, and designed and built our Firearm and Equipment inventory and management system. In summary, as Director of Training at Crisis24, I lead the development and implementation of education and training programs for our Agents, oversee state compliance and equipment management, and have implemented policies and systems to ensure the safety and success of our team.
