I’ve spent over 20 years driving transformation across healthcare organizations, hospitals, and entire health systems. I’ve led portfolios worth hundreds of millions within multi-billion-dollar organizations, and I’ve also stabilized smaller, grassroots providers during times of decline. My experience spans private for-profit, private non-profit, and government health systems, giving me a rare perspective on how to deliver impact in every type of organization.My work has ranged from launching new models of care in hospitals to leading provincial system redesigns and securing hundreds of millions in funding by aligning strategy with government priorities. Through it all, I’ve learned that success is built on trust with governments and boards, with teams on the ground, and with the communities we serve.I’m known for being pragmatic and decisive, but also collaborative. I believe people do their best work when they feel supported and part of something bigger.
