   Drives projects from inception through customer or business turnover• Conducts technical review of construction plans with understanding of architectural design within data center environment. Communicates conceptual designs to multiple internal Aligned teams with required project documentation prior to and during construction. Cross references to customer requirements as needed.• Supports day to day program activities and initiatives (engage with architects, consultants, and equipment providers).• Collaborates and works closely with internal Procurement, Platform and Finance teams during pre-con process with ability to problem solve and define production requirements.• Ownership and communication of design status, cost modeling, risk assessment and follow throughduring technical programs, as defined, across our sites.• Assists in the creation of programs that allows Aligned Leadership to track and manage all elements of technical projects in real time; think outside the box making recommendations for creative, efficient, and innovative solutions prior to and during project stages.• Works directly with the Aligned Platform Delivery team to optimize and improve project delivery schedules and efficiencies.
